Efforts & results Healthy Growth In recent years, AS3 has been undergoing a period of growth which we expect to continue in the coming years. This means that we expect to welcome many new colleagues,and that this growth will make demands of the ability to adapt of our existing team of employees. Therefore, it is crucial that we ensure that we, as employees, are able to accommodate this growth. Accordingly, we have focused on ensuring that the company develops in a healthy way. Among the specific measures we are implementing to support our management and staff to ensuring healthy growth is our ongoing development of e-learning courses at AS3 Learning Centre. This has contributed towards allowing employees to acquire new knowledge and refresh the areas where they already have knowledge, in a flexible and easily accessible way. Learning can therefore be pursued at the times that best suit the individual. By making a wide range of both professional and culture-bearing digital courses available to our employees, we are ensuring that they are broadly anchored across the organisation. At the same time, we ensure the ability of the individual to develop in line with developments in our business. Health & Safety AS3 has been health and safety certified since 2008 and awarded the ‘green smiley with crown’ by the Danish Labour Inspectorate, which is only awarded to companies that have gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure a high standard of health and safety. Alongside our constant quest to comply with health and safety legislation, it is also important for us to achieve the goals that we have set for ourselves in this area and that we constantly work towards a good working environment in our daily routine. Therefore, it makes sense to us that we have systematised our efforts in this field, using standardised processes. The health and safety certificate is a Danish initiative, but we also focus on ensuring that we have a good working environment within our Nordic organisation. In our efforts to secure anchoring our work environment efforts in the organization, we focus on integrating our work environment efforts into our management training. We also work continuously to ensure that all employees have easy access to relevant knowledge about health and safety via AS3's e-learning platform. It is important for us that all employees in the organization are aware of contributing to a positive and healthy working environment. Conditions of employment AS3 is a member of relevant Nordic organisations that provide access to legal input about labour law. We also make ongoing adjustments in accordance with changes in legislation. In Denmark, we have chosen to enter into collective agreements for certain areas. This means that employees whose work falls within the scope of the collective agreement are employed in accordance with its provisions. For those employees who are not covered by the collective agreement, AS3 has general conditions of employment which include ensuring a pension and health care scheme as well as a sixth holiday week. In Norway, Sweden and Finland we follow practice in the same way by conforming with relevant collective agreements and conditions of employment. Contracts are the foundation for AS3’s work in many different areas. We therefore think it is important, for example, that workflows involving the drafting of our contracts should be as flexible and smooth as possible, to ensure efficient case processing for our employees. Therefore, we continually focus on ensuring a modern and future-proof solution for the management of legal documents within the field of employee legislation. Therefor we have implemented the electronic signature of our contracts, so far for employees in Denmark and Norway. This allows us to achieve a faster flow of 9
