POLICY/GUIDELINES In AS3 we have the policy that we do not receive gifts from partners and suppliers. The policy must prevent our employees from having their judgment influenced in purchasing situations. We also want to make sure that no individual in the company can benefit from receiving gifts. Therefore, employees in AS3 do not receive gifts from customers or candidates. We want to act professionally in our relationships with the people we meet through our work in all respects. Therefore, it is a natural part of our company culture that we avoid compromising on the professional relationship with both our candidates, customers and other business partners. EFFORTS & RESULTS We have not yet experienced cases in AS3 where these guidelines have been violated, and hence we have not had the need to formulate rules in the area otherwise or initiate a separate effort.
